An Introduction to Massage

Prerequisites: None

This course is open to everyone with an interest in massage. Following this course you will be able to provide a short massage treatment to friends and family. This day is also suitable for non-therapists and therapists who wish to experience massage whilst deciding whether this is a career they wish to pursue.

By the end of the course you will:

• Understand the history of massage
• Understand the benefits of massage
• Understand basic massage techniques
• Provide a short back, neck, shoulders, head and face massage
