Hand Reflexology

Prerequisites: Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, Reflexology

This course is suitable for qualified and trainee reflexologists

Many reflexologists complain that they lack the confidence to perform a hand reflexology treatment, often being unsure when hand reflexology is appropriate. In this course, we will examine the role of hand reflexology in our practice.

By the end of the course, you will:

• Provide a professional hand reflexology to a client
• Know basic hand anatomy
• Understand how to adapt your treatments for specific conditions
• Offer self-treatments as aftercare to your clients
• Understand contraindications
• Be able to perform a short hand reflexology treatment to clients in the office or at events
